One New Zealand Legends will be held Tuesday 5 November to Monday 11 November.

Due to the time difference between New Zealand and Hawaii you will be departing Tuesday evening and arriving in Hawaii on Tuesday morning. For your departure you will be leaving Hawaii the morning of Sunday 10 November and arriving back in New Zealand the evening of Monday 11 November.

Yes. A current valid passport is required – with 6 months validity from the date of departure out of New Zealand.  

 

One New Zealand will cover all travel insurance requirements for the duration of the Legends event, including travel to and from the event.

Return economy class airfares from your nearest home departure airport to the event destination, 5 nights’ accommodation, selected meals as reflected in the agenda, gift card to use during your trip and activities throughout the Legends event dates.

No, Legends is a recognition event which entitles you to attend without having to apply for annual leave. 

If you are not a Sales Manager or Host then One New Zealand extends your Legends invitation to include your partner. It is acknowledged that the support and commitment your partner has given you throughout the year has been a contributing factor to your achievement. 

We want to ensure the people that have supported you on this journey are also recognised, so if you have a family member or friend that you want to thank and recognise you can extend the invitation to them.

Please note that your guest:

  • cannot be a work colleague.
  • must travel on the same flights as you.
  • must also be over 18 years of age.
  • must be available to attend the full event.

One New Zealand will cover your guest’s flight and NZ bound return transfer from the Legend’s home. If you would like to bring a guest who lives elsewhere you will need to cover that travel personally.

Yes, your guest is invited to be involved in all exciting elements of the Legends event experience each day if they would like. 

We are delighted to extend this recognition event experience to your children. Please note you will be responsible for any additional costs and this offer can only be extended as long as selected flights & accommodation have capacity, and however this cannot be guaranteed. Please note: children are not able to participate or attend the Legends group activities or dinners.

The Legends trip covers travel & accommodation only as is stated in the invitation and on this website. If you wish to extend your stay, please contact Legend Guest Services Team to discuss options. Please note flights and accommodation in Hawaii are limited at this time of year, so we cannot guarantee any extensions.

Note: Air NZ travels to and from Hawaii on Tuesday, Thursdays and Sundays. 

As One New Zealand is holding group flight reservations for everyone, you will be allocated to a flight once registration has closed. Following allocation, you will receive an email with your flight itinerary in October.

All travellers entering the United States with a New Zealand passport must obtain an ESTA visa, allowing a stay of up to 90 days. The application process takes about 5 minutes and costs $21 USD. Please note that Legends are responsible for covering their own visa expenses.

If you are travelling on any other passport please contact the Legends Event Service team for more support. 

Any additional special requirements can be detailed on your registration form or alternatively you can contact the Legends Guest Services Team. We will do our best to accommodate your needs where feasible.

Note: If you are taking any form of medication, please ensure you have an adequate supply for the duration of your stay. Your medication should be carried in its original prescriptive packaging which shows the physician’s name and dosage instructions. This should always be carried as hand luggage, not packed in your suitcase.

We do understand the importance of having a little rest and relaxation - so there will be opportunities throughout the event where you will have some free time to relax and refresh. 

Unfortunately, if you are unable to attend Legends, the invitation cannot be transferred into a cash payment or alternate form of recognition.

You definitely can, we will also set up a Legends Whatsapp for you to all share photos and videos while you are there!
